** It was mostly gravel & very dusty. It got into everything. Slow driving.**

Went to "Museum of History" - Excellent Displays depicting 100 years of Alaskas history

Went to "Sourdough Mining Company"
Excellent abundant food with a 1 hour show afterwards in ten
Went to "Heritage Museum": Native culture
Went to the "Anchorage Zoo" Good collection of local animals
Saw Salmon swimming upstream
Went to "Anchorage Native Medical Center"
On the way to Seward stopped at "Portage Glacier"

** After the 1st 11 gravel  miles the road was very smooth.**
11.5 steep  from White Pass to Skagway - Beautiful Scenic views coming down.

Took the "Fjords Express" boat to Juneau. Saw seals, whales, otters & many eagles.
Then to "City Museum" & "State Museum"
Went on the "White Pass & Yukon" train excursion. One of the "wonders of the world"
